Abstract

Research with the title “ Strategy for introducing Kue Gandus as Jambi’s traditional cake during adaptation new era” designed to develop a strategy to introduce to public Kue Gandus as Jambi’s Traditional cake during adaptation new era. The Method used in this research is qualitative method. The data are primary data an secondary data. Used technique for data collection by quisioner and documentation. Data analysis by SWOT technique.
