Abstract

The development of the Kampung Kapitan tourism object as an effort to develop a tourism management strategy for the Kapitan village by increasing its attractiveness, completing other supporting facilities and promotion in the Kapitan Village area. The role of the government in developing and managing the Kampung Kapitan area and the role of the community in supporting the development of the Kapitan village area. The results showed that this study used a qualitative research method, namely the research method used to examine the conditions of a tourist attraction where the researcher was the key instrument, the data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection was carried out in combination, the analysis used was used is a SWOT analysis, internal and external factors in the study.
