Abstract

Bantul Regency, one of the regencies that has many and interesting natural tourism objects. Bantul regency objects have a large enough potential for tourism objects, which include natural tourism objects, cultural tourism, education, amusement parks, and craft industry centers. The research method that I use is a qualitative method. For the data collection technique, the writer uses observation, interview, document and triangulation techniques. After the data obtained has been collected, data analysis is carried out using the SWOT analysis technique. The beauty of Batu Kapal Tourism Park cannot be taken for granted, especially with the beauty of water tubing and ancient stones that are similar to ships. Besides that, the beautiful and cool atmosphere because it is near the river is an attraction. The development of Batu Kapal Tourism Park is inseparable from the role of the manager and the surrounding community who helped build and develop Batu Kapal Tourism Park to make Batu Kapal Tourism Park develop into a tourist destination based on sustainable tourism.
