Abstract

Coban Canggu Waterfall is a nature tourism located in the Padusan village, Pacet sub district, Mojokerto Regency. This research to aims to identify the tourism potential of Coban Canggu Waterfall to be developed, the role of government and society, as well as strategies taken in the development of Coban Canggu Waterfall as a tourist attraction so interesting to be visited by tourists. Methods of research use qualitative methods data analysis by using SWOT analysis which is SWOT analysis is used to formulate strategies for identification of various factors strategally based on understanding and knowledge an object. The role of government in the development of Coban Canggu Waterfall is not clear yet there is no regulation governing the development of this Coban Canggu Waterfall. However, the role of the community is clearly visible through the support given by the community. For that needed a strategy in development such as cooperation with the government, guidance of tourism to the local community, optimal promotion, and tourism planning more directed.
