Abstract

Wonogiri has several tourist attractions, but most of the tourist attraction in Wonogiri is in the form of caves, museums and tourist attractions. Such a new tourist attraction needs to require creative and flexible planning in a development in order to create a good object. This research includes the type of qualitative research, in which the research conducted is the development of the Hutan Pinus Salam attractions where in the development of researchers using SWOT analysis techniques. Data collection techniques are done by way of observation, interviews and documentation in Hutan Pinus Salam object. The results showed that, the development of the object Hutan Pinus Salam is still very minimal need additional facilities such as toilet facilities, places of worship, access roads, signposts etc. to support tourism there. Strategy strategy that is generated with the technical SWOT is in the form of development start Human resources, facilities and access and role of local community.
