Abstract
Citra Grand Mutiara Waterpark has the potential things that deserves to be promoted because it is a modern water tour of today’s family choice. So this research aims to find out how is the Citra Grand Mutiara Waterpark marketing strategy to increase the visitor and what is the roles of the government in doing the marketing strategy at Citra Grand Mutiara Waterpark. The method of research used is descriptive qualitative. Techniques data collection used are observation, interviews, quistionnarires, documentary, literature study, and study document. Processing data technique are reduction, process of presenting data and take the conclusions. Technique of analysis is SWOT analysis. Based on the research explains that Citra Grand Mutiara Waterpark has done a very good marketing. The government has not helped in funding and promotion yet because this Waterpark is a private property.
