Abstract

Gunungkidul district as a tourist destination. The reason for doing this research were. First, this area has the beautiful potential of natural resources , second the location at the hill 400 meters above sea level so 4H have a amazing view from above, third 4G have a great human capital for develop this area. So this research aims to find out. How effort to develop 4G until now, how act of human capital and government to develop 4G and whether the develop of 4G give benefit for society. The method used is qualitative data collection techniques are observation , interview, and documentation . Data processing technique is reduction, display and verification. Based on the result showed that of the SWOT analyzes of which improve the facility like a fence barrier to the top of Gunung Genthong, access road and toilet to give a sense of security tourist , satisfaction , build the connection between human capital and government.
