Abstract

Sapulidi Resort & Resto is a restaurant that uses rural themes and uses Sundanese culture to strengthen the atmosphere like being in a real village. This restaurant provides traditional traditional food and drinks from West Java and provides a feel of eating on the edge of the rice fields while feeling the tranquility of nature far from the density of cities. The management tried to sell the rural atmosphere as closely as possible Human resources are part of the workforce that is important in moving an organization, business or company. From good human resources, maximum service will be obtained from each industry or organization. To maximize the quality of human resources, a strategy is made to improve service quality. By holding training from companies, companies can work optimally in accordance with company standards.
