Abstract

As the largest area in East Java, Banyuwangi Regency is very interesting or tourists to visit because of it’s cultural diversity, culinary potential and considerable tourism potential, which is Cacalan Beach. The study was conducted using qualitative research specifications and produced descriptive data by making observations, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and triangulation. This research was conducted to determine the extent of the efforts made by the overnment, administrator and communities of Banyuwangi Regency in he development of Cacalan Beach. The government, administrator, and surrounding communities have a very mportant role in the efforts to develop Cacalan Beach. For now the efforts made by the government, managers and the community are quite good, but still need mprovement.
