Abstract

This study discusses management and development The village is the name of the park which has only been built for a few days in the Banyumas region, precisely in the Regency of Banyumas. This park is located in Batturaden road Rempoah village, Baturaden district, Banyumas Regency Central Java As new tourism objects in Banyumas need to be raised to attract development and to attract tourist visits This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collected using observation techniques, interviews, documents, and questionnaires. Then the data is processed using a SWOT analysis, interview sampling is taken from the community, visitors, managers. Based on the SWOT analysis used by this study, it can be seen as to how the Tourisem Park The Village by knowing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
