Abstract

This study discusses the management and development of Harmoni Alam Nusa, Harmoni Alam Nusa is the name of a tourist destination that has only been built for a few months in the Tumbang Nusa region precisely in Pulang Pisau Regency. This tour is located in Tumbang Nusa Village. Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan.As new tourism objects in Palangka Raya need to be raised to attract development and to attract tourist visits This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collected using observation techniques, interviews, documents, and questionnaires. Then the data is processed using SWOT analysis, interview sampling is taken from the community, visitors, managers. Based on the SWOT analysis used by this study, it can be seen how the appearance of Harmoni Alam Nus by knowing, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
