Abstract
This scientific article contains preservation of Tepeng Tepan as a typical food of Gianyar Bali. Which has the potential and superiority to preserve and be adjusted to other Gianyar specialities. Methods of scientific research on preservation strategies Tepeng Rice as Gianyar’s special food is carried out in the Senggol Market which is filled in Gianyar Regency Bali in November using qualitative methods and for analysis of scientific articles using SWOT. Promotional activities and acquaintances with the wider community have not gone well, the government participated in the activity.
