Abstract

Soka Beach is one of the marine tourism attractions in Bali that has black sand and waves which are relatively suitable for various kinds of water sports games The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data is taken directly on Soka Beach, Bali. Which plays a major role in the development of tourism in Bali, especially in the field of tourist attraction in Bali. From this research produced several things that were key to the development of Soka Beach. Where the official organizational structure in it has not been well developed. The government has not yet played a role in developing Soka Beach. Not only that, the lack of collaboration between managers, government and the private sector to expand the promotion of Soka Beach is also an obstacle.
