Abstract

The tourism industry is one of the biggest income contributors in Indonesia. One of the most popular historical temple in singkawang is Tri Dharma Bumi Raya Temple. The research method used is qualitative analysis with data collection methodthrough observation, interview, documentation, questionnaire and in analysis by using SWOT analysis. The steps used in the managenent of Tri Dharma Bumi Raya temple starts from maximize the potentials owned by this temple. And the other, local residents also participated in development of this temple like being a part of this temple.
