Abstract

Kopi Bukan Luwak Coffee is one of the culinary tourism that is very popular with tourists and has a big influence in the development of tourism in Pakem Sleman, Yogyakarta. The method used in this study isqualitative method. Data was taken directly at Kopi Bukan Luwak, Pakem, Sleman, Yogyakarta, which played a major role in tourism development in Yogyakarta, especially in the field of culinary tourism in Pakem, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The results obtained from the research are know how to manage, what are the roles of the community and efforts to attract tourists
