Abstract

Jamalsari Tourism Village is located on Jl. Jamalsari timur 1, Kedungpane, Mijen, Semarang, Central Java. This study aims to determine the potential of the objects and power of the jamalsari Tourism Village, find out about the efforts of the Semarang City goverment, and find out what abstacles are ecountered by the Semarang City goverment int the management of Jamalsari Tourism Village The research methodology used is questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The type of research used is qualitative research. The analytical tecnique used in this research is SWOT analysis. The result of research conducted ny researches at the Jamalsari TourismVillage include the addition of facilities and infrastucture, marketing of Jamalsari Tourism Village products, and investor in supporting the management process of Jamalsari Tourism Village as a potential tourism attraction. The obstacles encountered by the community and mangers in the management of jamalsari Tourism Village and low tourism human resorces from the community around Jamalsari Tourism Village and low awareness of the enviroment , and the maximum accsibility and facilities
