Abstract

The tourism industry is one of the biggest income contributors in Indonesia. One of the new tourist attractions that are most popular is Taman Bunga Celosia. The research method used is qualitative analysis with data collection methodthrough observation, interview, documentation, questionnaire and in analysis by using SWOT analysis. The steps used in the development of Taman Bunga Celosia starts from maximize the potentials owned by Taman Bunga Celosia, innovate by looking for references from tourist attractions in foreign country, listen to advice from tourists that made Taman Bunga Celosia can be even better, and the other local residents also participated in development of Taman Bunga Celosia by becoming employees.
