Abstract
The tourism industry is an industry that has great potential in Indonesia. Indonesia has a variety of history, cultural heritage and natural wealth that can encourage job creation, improve the quality of human resources, and foster a sense of love for the homeland. Cultural heritage can be categorized into other cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage. One of the wastes that will be discussed in this scientific article is the cultural heritage of objects. Temples are cultural heritage objects that have been recognized. It is important for the public to know how to preserve the historical heritage owned by Wonosobo. Through observation, interviews, and documentation, external and internal factors emerged which were then processed using SWOT analysis. From this analysis, it was found that the results of the role of managers, government and the community are very much needed in efforts to preserve the Bogang Temple Site in Wonosobo. That way the cultural heritage in the form of objects owned by Wonosobo will still be preserved and its historical values will be maintained, so that it can be enjoyed by the next generation of the nation.
