Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic from 2020 caused the tourism sector to slump. This year the COVID-19 outbreak has subsided and tourism has started running as usual. To notify that a destination is ready to receive tourists, the destination must carry out promotions. Pandanrejo Tourism Village has become a tourist village of national standard with an achievement title, namely getting 2nd place in the innovation product category at the Indonesia Tourism Village Award (ADWI) in 2021. Being a national standard tourist village does not make Dewa Pandan an attractive destination for tourists because there is still a lack of promotion carried out by the manager. This is proven by tourist visits in 2021 at Dewa Pandan which have not increased. In addition to tourist visits that have not increased, posts on Instagram with the hashtag Dewa Pandan are also still very few. Even though in this day and age most are looking for tourist destinations with hashtags from Instagram. On this basis, it is necessary to carry out appropriate promotional strategies so that Dewa Pandan's marketing is more widespread and tourist visits are also increased.
