Abstract

This research focuses on the development of ecotourism-based Amarilis Flower Park. This research will find out how to identify development problems and know the role of stakeholders in the development of Amarilis Flower Park attractions. The methods used in this research use qualitative descriptive approaches, with data reduction analysis, data presentation, verification, and triangulation and described using SWOT. The result of this research is the limited facilities and infrastructure in supporting tourism activities, the lack of participation of private and government parties, and all the roles of stakeholders contribute to each other in the development of Amarilis Flower Park.
