Abstract

Trenggalek Regency is one of the districts in East Java. Trenggalek Regency has many tourism potentials that are superior one of them is Bukit Tunggangan. This research was conducted using qualitative research specifications and produced descriptive data by conducting interviews, observation questionnaires, documentation and triangulation. This research also use SWOT analysis. Conducted to determine the extent of the efforts made by the community and the government, and what strategies were used to development the Bukit Tunggangan. The goverment and society have a very important role in the effort to development the Bukit Tunggangan. In addition, there are also many factors that are driving and inhibiting the efforts the development Bukit Tunggangan. So that it still needs to be reviewed again so that it can truly be said to be sustainable
