Abstract

Tourism has become one of the largest industries in the world after oil and gas. The author made observations in the Dam Tampa, which is a tourist destination in the village of Tampa, Paku, East Barito, Central Kalimantan. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. Data and information taken directly from the Dam Tampa and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is SWOT. Data processing techniques used in this research are reduction techniques, data presentation, verification, and triangulation. Based on the data analysis carried out in this study, it can be concluded that the tourism development in Tampa Dam is still not well developed
