Abstract

Dam Raman Tourism is a water tourism in the form of an artificial lake located on the border of 3 districts in Lampung province, namely Metro City, Central Lampung and East Lampung districts. This study aims to examine the pattern of development strategies and the role or contribution of the community around the natural tourist destination of Dam Raman, Metro Lampung City during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative methods with observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Then manage the collected data using Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Verification and Triangulation. And continued with data analysis using the SWOT matrix. The results showed that the Raman Dam has quite good accessibility. The role of residents in tourism management is also sufficient. The facilities provided in this object are adequate and quite complete. Only a few aspects still need to be improved, the security at Raman Dam is good enough. This object has implemented health protocols but has not fully complied with the established regulations.
