Abstract
The study of this scientific article is development of Sego Koyor as a typical food for Semarang. Tahu Gimbal is made from beef tendon with spices and served with coconut milk sauce. The problem discussed in this study is how to development Tahu Gimbal to as an culinary tourism in Semarang so that its existence is not extinct, this study ains to get the right strategy to development Tahu Gimbal. =The results show that the government has participated in the development of Tahu Gimbal, therefore it is necessary to have new innovations so that they are not rivaled by other foods.
