Abstract

The Textile Museum is one of the historical museums in DKI Jakarta, the Textile Museum is a museum that specializes in exhibiting the textile sector and the development of textiles in Indonesia, therefore the museum has various tourism potentials, especially the potential educational tourism potential. more developed in various aspects because this museum is also one of the learning media about the history of textiles that Indonesia has. So that future generations can find out and study traditional textiles and the origin of these textiles. The purpose of this research was to determine the development of the Textile Museum as an educational tour during the Covid-19 pandemic in Jakarta. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data sources used were the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. And data processing techniques are reduction, data presentation, verification, triangulation. Based on the data analysis carried out in this study, it can be concluded that the development of educational tourism at the Textile Museum needs assistance from various layers of strong elements such as the government, managers, and the surrounding community.
