Abstract
Padang Savana Dieng is one of the natural tourist destinations in Banjarnegara district which presents the natural beauty of the meadow at the foot of Mount Pangonan. Padang Savana is also included in the nature reserve area so that all flora and fauna in it must be protected. Having natural beauty and good natural preservation, makes the tourism potential of Padang Savana is also high. However, compared to other tours in Dieng, Padang Savana has low tourist visits. The study was conducted to analyze the management of Padang Savana Dieng with a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, there are obstacles and obstacles that arise both internally which are referred to as weaknesses (weaknesses) and external factors called threats (threats). From this data, the researchers analyzed using the SWOT matrix and produced four kinds of strategies that combined each of the factors that emerged, namely from strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The four strategies are SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy, and WT strategy.
