Abstract

Tourism has an important role in the development of the country and the region, one of which is the Gunung Wukir Temple in Magelang Regency. This temple has a lot of potential, therefore a strategy is needed to develop this Gunung Wukir Temple. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. Collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity used triangulation method and data analysis technique used SWOT analysis. From the research results, it is found that strategies are completing and maintaining facilities, increasing human resources, improving accessibility and cooperation in order to become a competent and sustainable tourist attraction.
