(3) Shared rights, responsibilities and decision-making. (4) Building Adaptive Capacity and Resilience and viewed from the concept of Destination Management Organization. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, documentation. Analysis of the data with a review of the theory of Adaptive Co-Management and Destination Management Organization, and 13 requirements recommended by UGG towards validation. The results of the research on the governance of Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu are (1) Viewed from the ACM approach, the governance of CPUGG with the pentahelix concept from the aspect of collaboration and communication shows that there is already a division of tasks and responsibilities so that they synergize with each other in regional development. However, by looking at the needs of the region in achieving sustainable tourism, it still requires other elements so that CPUGG's goal of becoming a sustainable area and becoming a world-class tourism must add elements of tourists and environmental practitioners. Compared to the DMO concept, the ACM concept is more suitable to be applied in the CPUGG area, considering that the core of Geopark is environmental management that protects and makes positive use of abiotic, biotic, and cultural elements. (2) Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu tries to fulfill the 13 requirements of UGG, namely in implementing the Master Plan, partnerships with stakeholders, research development, improving the quality of amenities and accessibility, developing arts and culture, participating in activities in increasing cooperation with UGG both nationally and internationally, including Geopark in the curriculum as local content, increasing journalistic knowledge in supporting promotions and publications.
