Abstract

The Tourism Sector is one of the country's largest sources of income. Tourism also has a very important role in the development of the country. However, recently especially when Pademi Covid-19 spread in Indonesia, the Tourism Sector experienced a very drastic decline and currently a strategy is needed to develop tourism itself. Kediri Regency, East Java Province in this case especially Kediri City has a historical tourist attraction that is no less good when compared to other destinations in Indonesia, one of which is the Ndalem Pojok Site. To develop the potential in Ndalem Pojok Site, the right development strategy is needed. This study uses qualitative research methods that focus on the strategy of tourism attraction Ndalem Pojok Site. After data retrieval will be found internal factors and external factors that will then be analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study resulted in a development strategy that can be applied to the tourist attraction of Ndalem Pojok Site.
