Abstract
Efforts to preserve Kupat Tahu in Magelang during the Covid-19 pandemic, as a special food for the community and making Kupat Tofu an icon of the City of Magelang. Researchers used qualitative methods to conduct observations, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the researcher will conclude the data that has been collected using a SWOT analysis. The importance of preserving culinary culture, especially traditional culinary, is the duty of all people so that traditional food will continue to exist until the next generation.
