Abstract
Tourism is a whole related elements which consist of tourists, tourist destinations, travel, industry and so on which are tourism activities. Research methodology is basically a scientific way of obtaining data for specific purposes and uses. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use statistics, which are divided into two types, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Included in descriptive statistics is the presentation of data through tables, graphs, diagrams and calculations. From these strategies, it can be seen that the Mining Museum, Phuket, Thailand has a very big opportunity to be managed and developed even though there are weaknesses and threats, but these can be handled wisely and well. Thailand's state policy is that in every region of Thailand, it is mandatory to have their respective duties so that the tour visits are evenly distributed. There are many ways that managers also do such as adding tour packages to visit the mining museum, this is done so that the mining museum does not escape the attention of tourist visits
