Abstract

Culture is an important aspect in the development of tourism and one of the important culture in the development of tourism and preserved especially in Bandung is Wayang Golek The research approach uses qualitative research methods and uses SWOT analysis. The subjects of the research are the Wayang Golek artists, tourists and the government. Data collection with questionnaires, interviews and observations. Test validity and data with triangulation method. The Wayang Golek Giriharja Art is a culture developed by hereditary Abah Sunarya, certainly a proper promotion and management for his efforts and involving the community, especially the younger generation to participate in preserving this culture in order not to become extinct.
