Abstract

Batik gedog is one of the is the typical town art product of Tuban have a motif and fabric so unique. The special motif of Batik Gedog is no far from the leaf and bird. Things are behind from thi research is because Batik Gedog Tuban is the legacy of ancestors where is a lot of people who do not know Batik Gedog Tuban The methode of the research is kulaitatif. The metode of kualitatif is a form of research have a meaning or indicated to describing the situation of the research object based on the look and as it should be. The results about this research the development Batik Gedog has many do from maintainer or produsen Batik in Regional Tuban Town and then the role of gonverment and the people it’s in the form of marketing that has been done not only in the Tuban, but also outside of Tuban.
