Abstract

Tourism is a necessity for everyone. Writingscientific articles that the authors solve about alternative tours with qualitativemethods. Warm Water Baths Cumpleng is aspecial tourist attraction located inKaranganyar. The presence of Cumpleng Warm WaterBaths became one of the new additions tothe economy and tourism in Karanganyacity. With the existence of warm water thacan cure the disease make wisata cumplengvery famous. There is still a need to improvefacilities that can add to the satisfaction oftourists. The role of society is very large with thewarm water baths Cumpleng. However, therole of managers are still less professional toprovide services, so need to socialize thecharacter of excellent service
