Abstract

Bedug Pendowo is located in Darul Muttaqin Mosque Purworejo. This bedug has a strong potential because the shape of the drum itself is very large. But the absence of a clear organizational structure, all activities and activities are still managed by the Takmir. Society and Government also have not played much to develop Bedug Pendowo. By improving the creativity and quality of managers, the government and society can help advance Bedug Pendowo to be more famous. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using data collection method, observation, interview, documentation questionnaire and literature study and analysis in the form of SWOT analysis. With the counseling about tourism to the public, managers and the government is expected to be a trigger or reference to participate in developing Bedug Pendowo.
