Abstract

Aek Sipitu Dai is one of the tourist attraction that is categorized as the source of springs found in Sianjur Mula-Mula district, Samosir regency, North Sumatra Province.. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Data is taken directly on Aek Sipitu Dai. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Based on the observations, interviews and documentation it is known that Aek Sipitu Dai is a tourist attraction that still looks so natural and quiet so it has its own charm for the tourists. Aek Sipitu Dai is managed by the Tourism Office of Samosir Regency and the government's role towards the development of Sipu Dai aek is still very unsatisfactory, the government has not provided training and guidance, such as how good tourist spots and well maintained, good tourist attractions are tourist attractions where tourists feel comfortable and happy to service and friendliness of the local community.
