Abstract

The Al-Mukarramah Palace is the name of the Sintang Kingdom founded by Demong Irawan in the 13th century in the confluence of the Melawi River and the Kapuas River. The community set up several food stalls in the front area of the palace that adds to the tourist attraction. The government has not done much to preserve and develop the Al-Mukarramah palace. It takes awareness from both the public and the government in particular to jointly maintain one of the local cultural heritage
