Abstract

This research shows that Sodong Waterfall has a big potency, but it’s need an improving from tools and infrastructure, then quality of human resources. Besides that the waterfall needs a good corporation between the government and the society who live around the waterfall, so they can develop and managing the potency of water maximally. The Government roles in controlling and as their media to develop the tourism object. The participation of the people who live around waterfall also needed so they can realize the waterfall as tourism icon in Sukabumi Regency. The Government roles is needed for the society so they have a ruler that can always ready for helping them to handle some problem that will be appear lately. Improving the quality of human resources is needed to create an organization that can stable and strong so it is capable to manage Sodong Waterfall properly.
