Abstract

Referring to the background of the research conducted by the author, there are some formulation problems in the form of: 1. What kind of factors does make the Maribaya Waterfall suffered a significant decrease in tourist arrivals? 2. What is the rejuvenation strategy that should be applied to Maribaya Waterfall in order to increase the interest of tourists visits? 3. What is the mutual concept of tourism development and management to be applied in the Maribaya Waterfall area so that the tourism activities in this tourism objects can be sustainable in the future? Research which conducted by the author using qualitative research methods, a research methods that used to examine the role of various factors in a tourism area management, with the determination of data sources taken through purposive sampling and presented by qualitative and analytical descriptive method. Curug Omas Maribaya Waterfall is an Object and Tourism Attractions which is also a part of the Ir. H. Djuanda Forest Park in Bandung, West Java which is one of the largest Waterfall in the region.
