Abstract

Nguras Enceh ceremony was held at the Tomb of Kings of Mataram, Pajimatan, Imogiri, Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Ngisy Enceh event is always done every Friday Kliwon on Moon Suro "if in the month of Suro no Friday Kliwon it will be replaced by Tuesday Kliwon". Nguras Enceh is a form of acculturation of Islamic teachings with preIslamic Javanese tradition, which of course contains noble values. besides that the ceremony conducted by Imogiri community is as a form of gratitude to Allah SWT as well as a form of homage in commemorating the services of the special ancestors Sultan Agung Hanyakrakusuma, Therefore the community is very enthusiastic and happy in following the ceremony held once a year, even from the government also participate in the implementation of this ceremony for example follow the ceremony to complete and participate in this ceremony.
