Abstract
Tourism is one of the main economic sectors in indonesian. In 2009 tourism got the third position to give income after oils, gas, and palm oil. Methods of research use qualitative methods data analysis by using SWOT analysis which is SWOT analysis is used to formulate strategies for identification of various factors strategally based on understanding and knowledge an object. Uritan is a food derived from chicken’s organs. Culinary in Blitar City is open in the mid night and spicy flavor is very typical of the typical cuisine of East Java.
