Abstract

Indonesia has a large potential of nature tourism, one of which is in Kulon Progo is the Taman Langit tourism attraction is very potential to be developed and this research aims to know about how (1) To the existing management to increase the tourists (2) How the local government assist in the management (3) How to manage the attractions of Taman Langit in order to become the leading tourist. The research method used by writer is descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, documentation, and triangulation technique. Data processing techniques are data reduction, Data presentation, Conclusion or verification. And Analysis of data used is SWOT Analysis. Based on the results of the research that (1) with proper management and participate of people around Taman Langit, can be increased the tourist visit. (2) The role of government helps to improve the quality of human resources. (3) Needed some additional attractions and facilities for Taman Langit tourist attraction.
