Abstract
Service is one of the references for assessing tourist satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is directly related to the quality of service supplied to visitors, thus if visitors leave feeling content, then means the service was excellent. The impact of service quality on visitors' impressions of Sanggaluri Park is the topic of this research. The research here used quantitative techniques to pin down just how much of an impact they found. A total of 100 participants filled out questionnaires for the research. According to this research, visitors to Sanggaluri Park are generally pleased with the services they get.
