Abstract
Mbeji Maron is one of the natural attractions based on tourism object located in Karanganyar Village,Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, East Java. Mbeji Maron is currently in the stage of development based on natural beauty. In this research the author used a type of qualitative and quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques using SWOT analysis. In addition to fokusing on developing the Mbeji Maron, the manager must open economic opportunities for the local community as an effort to empower the community.
