Abstract

Rumah Pohon Banyu Anyep is a tourist object based viewing panels with panorama of natural beauty of the mountains. This study aims to determine the role of society, the role of government and the constraints faced for the development of the Rumah Pohon Banyu Anyep in Karanganyar Central Java. This research uses qualitative research methods and uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documents. Data processing techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Then the data in the analysis using SWOT Analysis. In the development of Rumah Pohon Banyu Anyep, the community acts as a tourist and observer of cleanliness. The role of government in the development of Rumah Pohon Banyu Anyep is to act as a facilitator to encourage people to do the development of tourist destinations in place according to their potential. The obstacles in the development of Rumah Pohon Banyu Anyep is the difficulty of raising awareness in the tourists themselves to not litter or crossed out tree scrawling and unavailability of equipment worship. The efforts undertaken to deal with these obstacles is to install the boards so as not to throw garbage carelessly and crossed out tree streaks so that cleanliness in the Rumah Pohon Banyu Anyep still awake for the convenience of together. For the problem of government network operators Wonorejo Village will add the installation of WIFI as an alternative technology for visitor facilities in the area of Rumah Pohon Banyu Anyep.
