Abstract

This study aims to find out what is done for the development of marine tourism ngurtavur beach in the kei island southeast Maluku. The formulation of the proposed problem how the role of government and society and stakeholder in the development of marine tourism attraction ngurtavur beach. This research uses qualitative method of observation, interview, documentation. Data processing is data reduction, data presentation,conclusion in the analysis using SWOT. The results of this study conclude that the government is very active in doing promotion in various social media to develop the attractiveness of marine tourism activities by providing facilities needed by tourist, stakeholder have not fully play an active role in the development of coastal tourim attrartion this ngurtavur beach.
