Abstract

Ngrawah Beach is a new beach inGunungkidul and still lonely visitors, ViewAttraction Beach attractions owned beach Ngrawah very beautiful, Ngrawah Beachhas white sand and clean. Ngrawah Beachis very suitable to be a place of Camping, as well as special interest tours such asOutbound and trekking. To support the development of Ngrawah beach as a new tourism attractionin Gunungkidul, the community and government must work together to improvethe facilities, facilities and infrastructurethat have not been adequate, to increase the promotion that is still not optimal, and to organize the organizational structure. Local Communities strongly supportthe development of this Ngrawah Beach,Can be seen from the attitude of a friendlycommunity to tourists. The community isalso ready to serve Wisatawa. However, the community itself still lacks understanding and knowledge about the management of New Tourism Attraction. Therefore, the need for training and socialization relatedto the Management and Development of New Tourism Attraction, in order to improve the quality of Human Resources
