Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of potential and natural resources that have not been developed optimally, including in the tourism sector. Tourism development is expected to provide benefits for the community, because the tourism sector is one sector of development in the economic field. Monument Place of Birth General Soedirman is an educational attractions where tourists will be invited to get to know the national hero figure of Indonesia that is General Soedirman. The author uses qualitative research methods Deskriftif by interview, Questionnaire, Observation, and Documentation. The effort to develop the Monument of the Place of Birth of General Soedirman is to create an organizational structure in its management, increasing promotion and tourism products.
