Abstract

This study aims to determine how the role of society, goverment, and managers in developing attractions of Lembah Gunung Madu with the formulation of what problems the role of society, government and how the manager in developing attractions of Lembah Gunung Madu. The research method used is qualitative and data collection using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Analysis used is SWOT analysis. The results of research in the attractions of Lembah Gunung Madu is still need improvement both in terms of facilities, accessibility, attractions, security, regulation and the relationship between Human Resources with the manager and the government. The community participates in the organization in this tourism object. The government has not been instrumental in the management of these attractions. Development strategies undertaken by the manager that is adding attractions, facilities, and promoting of promotion in the wider community.
