Abstract

Cave Pancur is one of the tourist attractions located in Pati Regency which have the beauty of Stalagmites and Stalagtit that make tourists want to visit again.This study aims to find out how the manager and the Office of Youth and Sports and Tourism in the management of tourist attractions. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection by way of work, interview, documentation and triangulation and its analysis with SWOT analysis. The results of this study are the managers, the public, the government and the private sector that participate in the promotion by using social media, making the product packaging unique and interesting, and there is no obstacle such as technology that has not been sophisticated and still not maximal.
